Today (30 Sep 2024), reporters reported that the Ping River has overflowed its banks and flooded the Chiang Mai city area since last week. The latest report from Chiang Mai Municipality at 10:00 a.m. is that the Ping River level at the monitoring point is 3.45 meters, still at a constant level from the critical point of 4.20 meters.
